What is UROCYST?

UROCYST – a combined herbal preparation that combines extracts of rosemary, Lover's root and Centaury herb

UROCYST Has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antispastic and antibacterial effects and is indicated for the treatment of urolithiasis and urinary tract infections. Since ancient times, rosemary has been used to stimulate the excretion of fluid in patients with urinary tract infections and urolithiasis. The active substances of the love root are valued mainly for their diuretic, as well as spasmolytic effects. Tincture of a thousand-thousandth is traditionally used for the treatment of urinary tract diseases because of its diuretic, disinfectant and anti-inflammatory effect

Dry extract of lovage (Levisticum officinale)
Century dry extract (Centaurinum erythraea)
Rosemary dry extract (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Substances contained in Levisticum officinale, intensify the action of antibiotics, especially in the treatment of urinary tract infections. Lubistok demonstrates spasmolytic (relieves spasms or cramps), a diuretic (increases the outflow of urine) effects and prevents the formation of concrements. Lubistok provides an antispasmodic and mild diuretic effect that promotes the rapid cleansing of the kidneys and blood from pathogenic microorganisms and products of inflammation

Centaury has vasodilating properties. Essential oils act on the sorption capacity of the epithelial cells of the renal tubules. Stimulated by a gold-thallus shift of acid-base balance in the blood and tissues leads to exsicosis, there is a release of water from the tissues and excretion in the urine

Rosemary confirmed its antimicrobial activity and also has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. A study of the efficacy of rosemary led to promising results in infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria. Also, rosemary has analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory effect, which is caused by inhibition of the activation of pro-inflammatory biologically active substances

The combination of lovage extracts, centaury and rosemary has a proven preventive effect in reducing the frequency of relapses in chronic cystitis and pyelonephritis. Additional treatment with this combination can have a positive effect in patients with urolithiasis and after removal of stones
